Communication with Dave from Travtec Services was excellent. He arrived on time and was very professional besides being very nice. He explained what the problem with our elliptical machine was and how he was correcting it. Anyone with sports equipment problems should use Dave for their repairs, They would be very satisfied.

We needed help with our Sole Treadmill and called up Travtec. A David Bates came and did a perfect job. He was very professional and did an excellent job. He knew what he was doing exactly. He also could not have been nicer. Thank you David, you were great and we will recommend you to everyone!

I set up an appointment with the owner, David Bates, to service our Horizon T101 Treadmill. We thought we may have had a defective sensor since we were getting an error message. We have owned and used our treadmill for over 3 years and have not had any maintenance performed on it.

David was very punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable about our treadmill. After he performed his thorough diagnostic tests, he ruled out any serious problems with the treadmill and indicated that it was in very good condition. He then performed a preventative maintenance service call, including an application of silicon. I will be definitely sharing my highly favorable opinion of the quality of his service with my friends, family and neighbors.

The cost of his service call was very reasonable, as he takes into consideration the location of his office in relation to the location of the service call. He is definitely a vendor to strongly consider using for any home fitness and exercise repair services.

I just had Travtec come out to service and adjust my Treadmill. I was extremely pleased with the appointment setting (he went out of his way to help meet my time) ... David was extremely punctual and professional. As he came into our home, he offered to take his shoes off before walking on our white carpet ... was very neat in his work and very knowledgeable. He explained what was needed and at no point did he ever try to "upsell" me on anything. He did a great job ... I am very pleased and will recommend him to my friends.

David is great! He shows up when he says he's going to, communication is excellent and he knows what he's doing! I recommended him to several of my clients for their in-home equipment maintenance as well.
